Fall cleanup season is here! 🍂 Help care for our riverside green space at the Esplanade Fall Cleanup on Sunday, October 4th.

Whether you have one hour or the full morning, every extra set of hands helps tuck the park in for the winter.

What we’ll be doing:

• Planting spring bulbs and donated perennials

• Tending garden beds around the converted bocce courts

• Deadheading blooms and emptying seasonal flower boxes

• Cutting back overgrowth and general grounds prep

Event Details:

• When: Sunday, October 4, 2026 at 10:00 AM

• Where: Westfield River Esplanade (southern bank of the Westfield River, west of the green bridges)

• What to bring: Work gloves, sturdy shoes, and garden tools for digging, cutting, or raking (if you have them!)

Bring along friends, family, or neighbors—all experience levels welcome.
